The Bridger Tower tenant improvement expanded Bozeman Health’s ability to deliver specialized inpatient care through modern treatment spaces designed for orthopedic, oncology, dialysis, and post-acute recovery patients. Completed within an active healthcare environment, the project balanced complex medical requirements with uninterrupted hospital operations.

Project Overview
Completed within the occupied Bridger Tower, this multi-floor tenant improvement required meticulous planning to minimize disruption to patients, staff, and daily hospital operations. The project included the buildout of the Spine and Joint Institute and Post Acute Care Unit, creating 37 dedicated patient beds alongside specialized treatment, support, and inpatient care spaces. Throughout construction, Martel Construction coordinated complex mechanical systems, infection control protocols, dust and noise mitigation, and phased logistics to safely deliver a modern healthcare environment while the surrounding hospital remained fully operational.
