Delivered in multiple phases, the project expands access to high-quality medical care through carefully coordinated construction and specialized building systems.

Project Overview
Constructed in multiple phases, Billings Clinic required close coordination to deliver new medical facilities while preparing for future expansion of clinical services. The project included a three-story multispecialty clinic, urgent care, and an adjacent surgery center designed to support overnight recovery and specialized procedures. Phase two completed the surgery center with operating rooms, sterile processing, pre- and post-operative care, and patient support spaces. Throughout the project, Martel Construction coordinated complex building systems, specialized mechanical infrastructure, and detailed healthcare requirements to deliver a facility built for long-term patient care.
